In the 80’s we all tried to moonwalk like Michael Jackson. More recently we all fell in love with “Gangnam Style” and “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” and posted our own renditions on Facebook. The most popular dance trend in 2016 comes from a 1996 song, “My Boo”, performed by Ghost Town DJ. This song and dance have become known as the “Running Man Challenge.”

Started by a group of University of Maryland basketball players, it has taken the nation (and world) by storm. In this video, we see the men and women of the LAPD take up the challenge and even spare a moment in the video to call out another group of law enforcement.

I think the best part of the video is when the people in the community join the officers! We should take time each day to have fun! The officers of the LAPD showed us just how in this video! Share away, people!
