“You scratch my back, and I’ll scratch yours.” This popular idiom means that if you do something for me, I will do something for you. Basically, you trade favors with each other. Both parties benefit – it’s a win-win! Pretty straightforward concept – right? The two dogs in this video almost understand this concept.

It can serve as sort of a training video for trading favors – although, on second thought, the dog on the left doesn’t seem to have the idea, yet. But he is getting what he needs and so is the other dog! So again, it’s a win-win. Usually, if you scratch my back, I scratch yours there are only two parties involved, it isn’t clear if the human is getting anything but joy out of this situation.
