Mice, rats, guinea pigs, and naked mole rats are just a few examples rodents. Many of those creatures have adorable faces! Super cute. Another less well-known rodent is the Jerboa. They live in the deserts of Northern Africa and Asia. It looks like a mouse with huge ears, but can jump like a kangaroo with those legs!

It belongs to the family Dipondinae, or “jumping rodents”. They are very shy creatures and are hard to catch. They can move up to 16 miles per hour! Jerboa are nocturnal and spend their days in their underground tunnels. Their diets consist of insects, plants, and seeds. The video shows this adorable animal in action.
