Feral cats or dogs that are rescued from the street have little chance of survival. Few animal shelters can afford the time and resources it takes to rehabilitate these animals. After getting a call about a stray dog, the went out to try and bring her in. They did, but she, Billie Jean, was aggressive and not used to human contact. The staff at No Kill Kern patiently brought out the best in Billie Jean! Watch her amazing journey for yourself!
