A reputable puppy breeder is where you should go if you want a purebred dog. They will offer pedigrees, and the puppies are bred with desirable traits. If you do an internet search on puppy breeders, you will find a very long list! You can find almost any breed of dog through a puppy breeder.

If a puppy is born that has undesirable traits – what to the breeders do with it? One would hope that they find a good home for the puppy. But a pit bull puppy, named Ransom, was born with short tendons in his back legs. He was thrown out (in a box, in the trash) by his breeders. The video shows Ransom, the puppy playing out in the grass and bravely attacking his stuffed toys!
